Standard Refund Conditions

1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

For new clients on monthly retainer plans, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 14 days of your contract, you may request a full refund of your initial payment.

2. Project-Based Services

For project-based services, refunds are calculated based on the work completed versus work remaining. If a project is canceled before completion, you will be refunded for any unused portion of the project budget, minus any costs incurred for work already completed.

3. Monthly Services

For monthly services, refunds are typically not provided for the current month as services are considered rendered throughout the month. However, you may cancel future months' services with 30 days' written notice as specified in your service agreement.

Third-party costs (ad spend, software licenses, etc.)
Setup fees for new accounts
One-time consultation fees

Services already rendered and delivered
