About This Role

We are looking for a Lead Generator to support our sales team by identifying and qualifying potential clients. You will conduct research, initiate first contact with prospects, and pass qualified leads to our sales representatives. This is an excellent entry point into a sales career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels
  • Initiate outbound calls and emails to qualify prospects
  • Gather key information about prospect needs and decision-makers
  • Schedule meetings for sales representatives
  • Maintain accurate lead data in CRM
  • Meet daily activity and lead generation targets

Requirements

  • Previous lead generation or sales development experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Strong research and organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools preferred
