About This Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for prospecting, presenting our solutions, and closing deals with potential clients. This role offers significant earning potential through base salary plus commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients in target markets
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM system

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
