About This Role
We are scaling our sales team and need a BDR who can build pipeline from scratch. You will identify target accounts, run multi-touch outbound sequences, qualify inbound leads, and book discovery calls for our senior sales team. This is a high-activity, high-reward role with a clear path to Account Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify ideal customer profile (ICP) accounts
- Execute multi-touch outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing and route to AEs
- Book 15+ qualified discovery calls per month
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with marketing on ICP targeting and messaging
- Provide prospect feedback to improve positioning and content
- Work toward monthly quota with base + uncapped commission
Requirements
- 1+ years BDR, SDR, or outbound sales experience
- Comfortable with cold outreach — email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM
- Strong written communication skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Familiarity with digital marketing services a strong plus
- Bonus: experience with Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft
