About This Role

Account Managers at TekValley are the bridge between our clients and our delivery teams. You will manage relationships with 10–15 accounts, lead monthly reporting calls, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure every client is hitting their goals. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, communication, and project ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 10–15 digital marketing clients
  • Lead monthly performance review calls and QBRs
  • Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, paid media, dev, design) on delivery
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Handle escalations and resolve client concerns promptly
  • Maintain up-to-date account records in CRM (HubSpot)
  • Produce and present monthly performance reports
  • Onboard new clients and set expectations for the engagement

Requirements

  • 3+ years account management in a digital marketing or tech agency
  • Proven track record of client retention and upsell revenue
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable reading and discussing marketing performance data
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, JIRA)
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Bonus: hands-on experience with any digital marketing channel
